Gain control of your business finances
We act for many small to medium sized businesses who have their own accounting systems and bookkeeping staff but are not large enough to employ a dedicated financial controller. We become that Chief Financial Officer, helping staff develop their accounting skills, putting in place reporting systems and working with the business owner to improve cash flow management.
Our priority is to strengthen and develop our clients’ in-house accounting systems and expertise. Accounting, including the financial year-end work, can be done at your premises on your accounting systems with your staff.
Business Tax Planning
Successful business tax planning is conducted throughout the year and takes into account changes in business structure, transactions, cash flows and budgets to avoid any unexpected surprises at the end of the financial year.
We advise on conducting a pre-year-end tax planning meeting. This exercise can help us legitimately minimise company tax, as there are more options available before 30 June than after. It also helps us ensure that the accounts of the business can present well for the annual bank overdraft review or if they need to be shown for leasing, financing or other purposes.
